Taking the step to seek help is no easy act. It takes courage! You're doing a scary thing and I applaud you for it. Welcome. Coming to therapy takes collaboration, consistency, and an open mind. I believe that in working together in an authentic and curious way, we can figure out ways to meet your needs and overcome obstacles. I work with individuals looking for change and a desire to break free from the burden of impossible standards. I provide therapy for adults and teens. I have experience doing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Most of my training and experience is in grief/loss, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I’m EMDR and IFS trained.
