Parenting is not for the faint of heart! Our children bring us the most joy, and the most stress. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by the needs of our children, or we feel "stuck" not knowing how to help. Sometimes our children experience incredibly hard things, and there isn't a parenting manual for helping your child overcome adversity or trauma. Parenting is not meant to be done alone! I love to be able to come alongside parents, families, and children in helping them to heal, and equipping them to move through the "stuck" places of life.
