We are social creatures built for connection, and we tend to thrive in close relationships. And, this is no easy task. Many of us were shaped by a culture that prizes independence over interdependence, which can leave us feeling shame about having very human needs for closeness and care. In our work together, we will build greater awareness of what makes connection challenging and practice new ways of relating that foster vulnerability, security, and self-confidence. I work with couples across all life stages who want deeper intimacy, more trust, and support navigating competing needs, especially when familiar patterns take over.
