I’m Kaitlin, a licensed therapist who helps teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or pressure to keep it all together. I specialize in working with high-achieving but burnt-out students, young adults navigating big life changes, and those working to move away from self-harm and other painful coping patterns. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on giving you real tools you can use in everyday life.
