As a therapist, I work with a diverse range of clients ages 12+ and am affirming of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent identities. My ideal clients may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or exhausted from navigating anxiety, OCD, complex life transitions or the impacts of neurodivergence.
