I am effective in helping individuals who are experiencing substance use, mood disorders, life stressors, and chronic impulsivity negatively affecting their lives. I believe in meeting a client where they are in terms of motivation and readiness to address difficult challenges, as I enjoy assisting in developing the tools and confidence needed to address challenges. I am effective in supporting individuals who are in need of developing coping skills and discovering their purpose with goals of increasing overall functioning and developing fulfillment in their lives.
