I work with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, or struggling with grief and life transitions. Parents often reach out when their child becomes withdrawn, irritable, or has trouble at school. Many young people feel misunderstood or overwhelmed but lack words to express themselves. They seek practical coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and a safe space to process feelings. Ultimately, they want to rediscover joy, rebuild confidence, and develop resilience to face challenges with greater ease.
