There are times in life when the challenges we face become more than we can handle on our own. Having the support of at least one person who believes in you can make all the difference. My hope is to come alongside you, your child, or your family as you navigate through life’s storms, providing a safe space to process, learn, and grow with effective tools and support. I aim to partner with individuals and families to help build healthy attachments, promote healing, and facilitate effective communication. I offer in person and virtual sessions for children, teens, and adults from a person-centered approach, using EMDR, TF-CBT, play-based therapy and more.
