About

I work with children, adolescents, and adults that are experiencing depression, anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, relationship stress and conflict (including parenting), and general issues with navigating a world that doesn’t seem to be structured with everyone in mind. A majority of the individuals I've worked with also have experienced trauma at some point in their lives, and are working to overcome these experiences in order to grow and improve their quality of life.
