Welcome! I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, and LGBTQ+ experiences. With a background in psychology and social work, my approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from trauma-informed somatic psychotherapy, CBT, CPT, and mindfulness to support healing in all dimensions of wellness.
