Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist based in Georgia. I've been practicing for 7 years after earning my Master's from Valdosta State University in 2017. I help people manage their stress and build their confidence by learning what their emotional needs are, how to inform others of those needs, and how to hold healthy boundaries around those needs. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are seeking support in processing trauma, reducing anxiety, fostering healthier connections, navigating grief and loss, exploring sexuality and gender, and building self-confidence. My approach is highly collaborative, empowering clients to take an active role in guiding our sessions.
