My ideal clients feel alone behind their walls. Hyper-Independent Women are exhausted from carrying everything themselves. They are resilient but lonely, struggling to be vulnerable or receive support. They want to trade self-reliance for deep, secure connection without losing their strength. Parents of Struggling Teens are worried and heartbroken. Their teens, often labeled as problematic, are acting out or withdrawing due to past trauma. These parents want a roadmap to de-escalate conflict, rebuild trust, and restore peace and connection in their home.
