It is the greatest honor of my life to walk alongside my clients as they navigate healing from past trauma. My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy and collaboration. My goal is for the counseling room to be a space where all clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity. I am an inclusive and affirming therapist - all are welcome in my office. I love working with individuals, both children and adults through a person centered approach, and I pull from Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT), Attachment, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am passionate about serving clients with relational and religious trauma, attachment concerns, and a history of abuse and/or neglect.
