However, I do specialize in relationship stress/breakups, people-pleasing, overthinking, breaking free from old patterns that aren't getting you anywhere, being your own worst enemy/personal torture artist, and removing all that pesky low self-worth/doubt, burnout, uncertainty, hopelessness, etc. I have extensive experience working with teens, perinatal mental health, trauma histories, mood disorders, life transitions, and grief/loss.
