I am going to let you in on something. I, too, come from a place of conflictual relationships, anxiety and lack of self-love. Therapy helped me channel the innate strength residing in each and every one of us, and changed my whole life trajectory. For the past 9 years, I have partnered with clients on their journey towards healing and self-acceptance, helping them restore the balance in their relationships with themselves, and with others.
