I work with adults carrying the quiet weight of stress, trauma, shame, anxiety, and all of the other ways burnout and adverse life experiences may show up. In a gentle, compassionate space, we slow down, listen to your body and emotions, and rebuild trust in yourself. In my work with trauma, I have found that the biggest indicator of healing is safety, connection, and compassion. Together, we nurture resilience, grounding, and a deeper sense of connection—helping you move toward healing and wholeness.
