I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who works with couples, teens, and adults. My clinical focus includes life transitions, relational challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with couples navigating communication challenges, emotional disconnection, and recurring conflict patterns. I take a culturally informed, trauma-responsive, and relational approach to therapy. I center safety, trust, and collaboration while helping clients understand patterns, unravel negative cycles, and build on individual and relational strengths. I use psychodynamic, attachment, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailored to each client and relationship.
