My goal is to be there for you on your journey, recognizing that you're the expert in your own experience and empowering you to discover your inner resiliencies while developing new skills. Together we can work to equip you with the coping skills to overcome past traumas, current challenges, and unhealthy learned behaviors. I primarily work with children, teens, young adults, LGBTQ-identifying individuals, and first responders and their families.
