Hello, and welcome! My name is Kaitlyn, and I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, or life transitions. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, with room for humor because therapy is also about feeling human, not just working through challenges. Most importantly, I value the relationship we create together, because feeling safe, supported, and truly heard is at the heart of the work we’ll do.
