I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, and attachment wounds. I’m trained in EFT, CBT, and ACT, and bring a down-to-earth, supportive approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel more connected, less overwhelmed, and more in control of your life. I’ve been in private practice for 6 years and also hold my Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) certification. Let’s do the work—together. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—which means I’ll bring a mix of practical tools and deeper emotional work to our sessions.
