Taking the first step towards a more fulfilling life is hard. A strong therapeutic relationship is among the most important factors in achieving lasting change. I view the therapeutic process as a safe and confidential process in which my clients and I work together to foster personal growth and increase self-awareness. My practice utilizes a collaborative approach to draw in those closest to you and most important in your recovery process. I am licensed to provide services to clients residing in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Virginia. All sessions are currently conducted via Telehealth.
