Currently, in private practice- specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Narcissistic Abuse &Trauma bonding Recovery, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts therapy) Rebuilding self-esteem Post-Breakup, Codependency, Attachment disorders & Identity, Abuse recovery & identity (LGBT-friendly). She is Certified in Hypnotherapist, (N.E.T) & has completely Extensive post/graduate studies at e Cornell University in Plant based nutrition & medicine. She is a Practical, Interactive, Solution-Focused therapist incorporating a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, she works with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
