My focus is to create a safe space that honors the uniqueness of each individual, couple or family. I am LGBTQIA2s+ and neurodiversity affirmative, and I take pride in supporting individuals from all walks of life. I I have extensive training in emotionally focused therapy, EFT, which is rooted in attachment theory and can help individuals, couples and families with challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, parenting, and life changes. My additional trainings include TF-CBT (trauma focused CBT), ADHD specialist certification training, IFS, and polyvagal theory, and PDA affirmative practice.
