Each of us face our own personal and unique challenges. Working with a trusted therapist to address and alleviate anxiety while discovering and cultivating strengths from within can be a profoundly positive experience. Friends and family have described me as having a friendly, approachable personality. My empathic nature helps me tune into the depth and essence of anxiety-raising issues, while thoughtfully providing guidance toward a positive outcome. My interests include relationship issues, grief and bereavement, life transitions and the impact of culture. I like to explore the mind-body connection as a tool for improving both physical and mental health.
