Welcome!! I'm Kala Brown, a licensed clinical therapist and CEO of The Mental Movement LLC. I created an environment that allows each person a space to speak freely and feel comfortable while refocusing and reviving their lives. I am committed to providing therapy to help improve the lives of those who are dealing with mental health crisis surrounding, anxiety, depression, life altering conditions, infertility and child loss. I have over 7 years of combined experience serving adolescents, young adults, adults, elderly and LGBTQ+ community. I intend to help provide the needed care to bring about the refocus you’re seeking to make a change within your life. I focus on the person through the person center approach, mindfulness therapy, solution focus therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
