My ideal client is an individual who recognizes their own strengths and weaknesses and is ready to make a change in their own life. This individual is moving towards the right direction by recognizing that they deserve more for themselves and is ready to start taking appropriate actions to do so. By making this change, this individual will be able to show self-compassion and build an understandstanding that growth is not linear, but that they will have me every step of the way.
