Hi! I’m Kalene. I work with people who find it easy to show compassion to others but struggle to have self-compassion. They're often perfectionists, people-pleasers, helpers, empaths, and overthinkers. Many have hefty responsibilities as caretakers, parents, students, business leaders, or public figures. I have specialized training in working with survivors of sexual trauma (including childhood sexual abuse, and trauma in adulthood). These populations can be particularly vulnerable to being unkind to themselves. I focus on helping people quiet the inner critic, lessen feelings of pressure and shame, and find peace with themselves.
