I help clients develop self-compassion and empower them to create meaningful lives informed by their values. I am passionate about supporting my clients through overwhelming challenges including life transitions, family dynamics, and relationship conflicts. I specialize in treating eating disorders, body image, and depression and anxiety. I often work with individuals who are feeling lost or suffering from low self-esteem and perfectionism. I am also fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, a method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences.
