Whether it's navigating the pressures and expectations of what's next, grieving the loss of changing identities and relationships, or experiencing the heaviness of the world, I am so glad you are here. I primarily work with individuals age 15 - early 30s who may be navigating self-esteem, identity exploration, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I understand being young is hard and also work with families of teens. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe you are enough, just as you are. I see you as the expert of your own experience, and I’m here as a compassionate witness, guide, and collaborator in your healing process.
