About
I’m a pre-licensed clinical therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work within a collaborative group practice. My passion is working with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I know that growing up today can feel overwhelming at times, whether it’s anxiety, school stress, family changes, or just figuring out how to manage big feelings, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where kids and teens can feel truly seen and understood. In my work, I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), interactive play, and art-based techniques. These methods allow me to meet children right where they are, whether that’s through conversation, creativity, or play, so that therapy feels approachable and meaningful. I believe strongly in partnering with families, because the most powerful change happens when the support continues beyond the therapy room.
