I work with children, teens, young adults and adults especially kiddos with high anxiety and behavioral challenges, teens struggling with school, friends, family. Those in college, learning how to be an adult for the first time. I’m also passionate about working with moms from pregnancy through postpartum. We all need someone to talk to. I'm here to connect with you as you go through what might be some pretty challenging times. I believe in you and will walk with you as you find the resilience and lightness in your life that you so much deserve.
