The path towards healing may involve deepening the mind-body connection. We hold onto stress in the smallest of ways. By brining awareness to our subconscious patterns, we can begin to healing. If you find yourself struggling with grief/loss, depression, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, or any everyday stressor you have come to the right place. My hope is to provide a safe space and collaborative treatment in which we can explore what it is that maybe interfering with your daily life. I offer a relational and non-judgmental approach to help process life's ups and downs.
