Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not sure how to explain what’s wrong. I provide developmentally informed, trauma-focused therapy for children, teens, and adults. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next. Kids may have big emotions they can’t regulate, teens may be wrestling with identity or family conflict, and adults may feel weighed down by trauma or life transitions. They want relief, clarity, and tools that actually help. Most of all, they want to feel understood and capable again. With teens and adults, I integrate Gestalt and CBT to build insight, practical coping skills, and forward movement. I specialize in PTSD and complex trauma, including sexual and domestic abuse, helping clients regain safety, clarity, and direction.
