I offer sessions in a warm, cozy space where you can curl up, settle in, and just be yourself. We might chat, create art, explore gentle somatic movement, or simply sit together in a space that feels safe and real. My hope is that you to feel comfortable, grounded, and supported, whether we’re meeting in person or online. I work with children (7+), teens, adults, couples, and families. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, autism, attachment wounds, life transitions, parenting challenges, and learning differences such as dyslexia.
