Navigating mental health concerns and life challenges alone can prove to be isolating, challenging, and intimidating. Some days, we feel so consumed by our thoughts and feelings that it is difficult to just exist. I am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space where you don't have to be alone with your thoughts and feelings anymore. A space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work collaboratively and cohesively with clients to reach their desired goals in a nonjudgemental and supportive environment. I specialize in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as Trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and Dermatillomania (skin-picking). I utilize evidence-based practices to help individuals understand, decrease, manage and cope with the current symptoms they are experiencing.
