Through a strengths-based perspective, I will help you examine how attachment patterns have formed and affect one throughout our lives. As someone who enjoys working with children, families and adults in a collaborative relationship, I offer structured exercises as well as a place to feel comfortable expressing emotions. I believe that the “relationship” is the strongest catalyst for change from a psychological perspective. It is up to the client to create goals and it is my job to help you find ways to meet them. Positive Psychology helps one to develop resilience, optimism, happiness, motivation, hope and positive thinking.
