I could list all my accomplishments from the past 34 years, but that wouldn't give you a true sense of my style or beliefs. What I can share in this brief introduction is my passion for connecting with people. I strive to meet people with empathy, curiosity, warmth and respect. I enjoy working with middle-aged folks who are navigating challenges of this stage of life. Many of my clients are high-functioning, capable individuals who appear to be “doing fine” on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed on the inside. I would like to help you find yourself in this new phase of life.
