I provide a supportive approach to therapy that helps you achieve your current and future goals in a timely manner. If you are experiencing issues such as anxiety, trouble sleeping, stomach issues, ADHD, Autism, life changes or depression, you have reached out the right therapist. I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. I am also a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. Modalities offered in counseling are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all coupled with a person-centered approach.
