Parenting can be challenging, especially when emotions, behaviors, or family dynamics feel hard to manage on your own. You’re not failing, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with children, adolescents, and families using a relational, attachment-focused, and family systems approach. This means I view parents and caregivers as essential partners in the therapeutic process, particularly when supporting children and teens.
