I am an Licensed Professional Counselor. I have provided services to Individual with different disabilities including cognitive; substance abuse; and psychiatric. My approach is warm; and client centered. I use Motivational Interviewing Techniques; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Mindfulness or other approach meeting an individual client’s needs.
