Hi there! My name is Kambria and I am here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to process life's difficulties. I have experience working with new parents, those experiencing fertility challenges and foster care/adoption, first responders, and chronically ill people and their caregivers. I am a mother to two energetic children and am passionate about supporting clients in reducing anxiety and depression by achieving a greater balance in life with the development of healthier coping skills, increased mindfulness in one's routine, exploration of boundaries, and of course humor - because we all deserve some lightness.
