Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when facing difficulties that seem overwhelming. I provide a safe and expertly guided space where we can explore and navigate the issues that trouble you or your family. My heart lies in offering holistic therapy, with a focus on children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. In addition to my background in traditional therapy, I have a keen interest and specialization in sports psychology. I offer parenting support and guidance in addition to trauma therapy, support for athletes and a specialization in anxiety coping skills. I'm here to help.
