As a therapist I work with an individuals unique life experiences to help heal and grow. My experiences as a mental health professional are diverse. Working with individuals that have survived complex trauma to the day to day life stressors that are hard to adjust to. Many have thoughts or feelings that there is "no way out" or "I can't do this anymore". I help to honor, give understanding, and release our heavy and uncomfortable cognitions, emotions and behavioral patterns through compassion, support, and directness. I've been blessed to be trained and work with some highly respected and amazing people in a range of techniques.
