I love working with clients that are seeking change, understanding, and support. It can be difficult to foster healthy balance in our relationships, responsibilities, self-esteem, goals, and, heartaches. I am passionate about creating a space for individuals, parents, couples, and families to explore, understand, and find growth in the many challenges we face as humans. Many of my clients come to therapy to work on anxiety; depression; parenting; coparenting; and relationship difficulties with family, friends, or partners. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I am excited to help you on your journey toward your goals.
