I am a licensed clinical therapist and have a passion for helping others improve their quality of life. I am very thankful to have the opportunity to meet amazing people while also understanding that people experience hardships and have struggles throughout life. I believe with the support and help of a mental health professional in a safe and private environment, one can work through the difficult challenges in life to live their fullest life desired. My focus as your therapist is to provide for you a caring and nonjudgemental relationship to explore and process feelings, struggles, identify needs, and increase self-understanding. I am highly trained and have experience in working with individuals of all ages and families experiencing issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, gender identity, sexual orientation, postpartum depression, trauma, family discord, and many other challenges. I offer individual, family and couples therapy.
