I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Founder of Achelois Holistic Wellness in Chisago City, MN. In my therapeutic practice, I am passionate about helping individuals live with confidence in their lives, relationships, and bodies. My therapeutic approach blends science, systemic, and mind/body techniques. I tailor my methods to each client I work with, aiming to empower and guide them towards a healthier and stronger version of themselves. I am committed to creating a feminist, gender and sexuality affirming, health at every size, anti-racist, mental health service.
