I have a passion to help others grow. Especially, individuals/families who are seeking guidance. My goal is to empower individuals/families to be the best version of themselves. We will work together to learn coping skills that will help reduce anxiety/depressive symptoms, develop a positive sense of self to improve ones self-esteem and guide/educate you to build healthy relationships. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. For the last five years, I have been working as a School Counselor providing individual/family/group therapy. I am now working under a licensed psychotherapist. I have extensive experience working with children ages 5-10 and their families providing individual/family, group therapy as well as grief counseling. I have experience working with teens and adults using CBT and Family Systems . We will work together to use therapy as a tool for growth.
