As a social worker, I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are in their journey, and attending to individual cultural influences that may impact treatment. I'm committed to creating a safe and respectful space where individuals of all ages can feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. I believe that every person has unique strengths and values that can guide healing, and I work alongside clients to identify and build upon these resources. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, and DBT, always tailoring my approach to the needs and goals of each individual. I have experience working with anxiety disorders (including OCD and trauma), depression, life transitions, relational concerns and addiction/substance use disorders.
