Hi, I’m Kamryn! I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker who loves supporting teens, young adults, and athletes as they navigate life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re adjusting to high school, entering adulthood, or facing the pressures of academics, relationships, or sports, I’m here to provide a safe and understanding space for you. As a former college athlete, I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle expectations, performance, and mental health. I understand how hard it can be to speak up when you’re struggling, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. I became a therapist because I believe in the power of connection, personal growth, and discovering your own strengths. My approach is supportive, real, and strengths-based, helping you build confidence, gain insight, and develop tools you can use in everyday life.
