You are not alone. Being human can be hard. We are all burdened at times by overwhelming feelings. I am here to listen to you, see you, and feel with you. I am here to witness your journey. My hope is to offer you, in our co-created work, an opportunity to find your way through the dark and re-connect with your own light. I have 13 years of experience working with trauma, depression and anxiety, the inner critic, life transitions, and identity formation or re-formation. I am passionate about women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, and experiences of immigration and acculturation. I speak Spanish as a second language.
